There are many activities which would be required to be implemented in selected villages. No one can claim to be expert of all fields. Individual experts can also come forward to help SERDO in planning and implementation of the activities needed in the village. It is not possible that for all fields there may be expert NGOs in the district so Individual Experts can fulfill the gap and explore their potential to contribute.

By registering with SERDO you multiply your scope manifold. If you are a super-specialist in any field, your demand will be created not only within the district and state but at the national level. NGOs who do not have any expertise but wish to add a new wing to their profile may be imparted training by such experts which will facilitate the Mission to empower the district with maximum expertise.

Any field which one feel that it may be required and beneficial to the villagers, the field may be useful for planning and implementation. Therefore, the one who claims to be expert has to see in what way he/she can contribute to the welfare and development of villagers.
